Rei Mizuhara (水原鈴; Mizuhara Rei) is one of the main characters of Short Cake Cake. He is Riku's older brother (not biologically though.)
His parents died in a car accident when he was in primary school.

Rei has unkempt blond hair and dark circles under his eyes. He's generally seen wearing traditional Japanese clothing.

He tends to be quite rude and clamorous.
